Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted during the period November 16-18, 30 and December 1-2, 1977, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in conformance with your commitments to the Commission as indicated below:
A.
Contrary to the licensee's commitment in section 3.6.2.7.1.30 of the PSAR to utilize a pressure boundary between the two auxiliary feedwater pumps, the connecting pressure boundary door was found open on October 27 and November 17, 1977.
