Power Cocpany and Babcock and Wilcox, Duke has subaltted a letter 15, 1973, sumarizing the vessel report (enclooed) dated Febnsary intemals vibration data acquimd during preoperational tests and the results of the post-test inspection of the internals.

We will requin a statement for the mcord that we find the re-designed intemals acceptable as the basis for removing the 5% power matriction now ir: posed in the technical specification until such 4

finding is s:ade.
