Dear Mr. Ross:
Pursuant to the agreement by all of the parties at the July 26, 1972 conference on the cpa^tioned matter that the AEC Regulatory Staff prepare and serve the moders of the Atomic Safety and Licensig Board with a minute of the results of the conference, I have enclosed two copies of a proposed draft setting forth the results of the conference.
If you have any material additions, deletions or corrections to make on the proposed draft, please make the changes on your copy and return it to me as soon as possible or call me direct with the changes.
Because Mr. ii. K. Bennett, Chairman, ASLB, has requested a written statement on or before August 9,1972. I suggest that you return your draft or notify me as quickly as possible of any changes, but no later than August 5,1972, so that a final versica of the minute can be pre-pared and served on the moders of the Board.
