Notice of Violation Based on the results of the NRC inspection July 12 and 13, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC regulations and the conditions of your Facility License Nos. DPR-38, DPR-47, DPR-55 as indicated below. This item is a deficiency.
Appendix A Technical Specification 4.11.1 requires that analyses of environmental radiological monitoring program samples shall be performed to the sensit.ivity listed in Table 4.11-3.
Contrary to the above, the 1976 annual environmental monitoring report indicated there were four instances in which the required sensitivities were not met.
