Dear Mr. Moseley:
In reference to my letter of January 27, 1976 on the subject OIE ins;ection report, the following additional information is provided in response to Item I.A.1:
Prior to a meeting of the Nuclear Safety Review Committee (NSRC) held on January 20, 1976, a meeting of the NSRC was held on I
May 27, 1975, as identified in Item I. A.1 of the subject inspection report.
However, at the time of a special meeting of the NSRC on September 10, 1975, the issue of whether or not the requirements of Specification 6.1.2.2.f were being satisfactorily complied with was addressed.
At that time it was considered that the September 10, 1975 meeting did serve to fulfill the criteria of Specification 6.1.2.2.f.
It is recognized, however, that the requirements of this Technical Specification are not specific and can be subject to misinterpretation.
Therefore, with regard to future off-site review and audit activities, it is considered that changes to Section 6.1 of the Technical Specifications (requested on February 28, 1975 and amended on December 5, 1975), when approved and i=plemented, will increase the 1912050
