Please find enclosed forty (40) copies of the first Oconee Nuclear Station Semi-Annual Report. This report is submitted pursuant to the Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specification 6.6.1C, Semi-Annual Operating Report, and the Non-Radiological Environmental Sepcifications, Appendix B to Operating License DPR-38.
Five (5) copies of the report contain special process color photographs in Section 1.4 of the Non-Radiological Environmental Surveillance Report.
It is intended that these copies be forwarded to those individuals re-viewing Non-Radiological Technical Specification 1.4, " Fish Impingement on Intake Screens and Entrainment of Fish Eggs and Larvae." The five copies containing the special color photographs have been identified on their front cover.
