In order to provide for the coordinated and expeditious handling of communi-cations between your office and Duke Power Company relative to Oconee Nuclear Station, the attached listing of Duke Power Company personnel responsible for NRC com=unications is transmitted for your information and use.
This listing, which revises the listing which was transmitted by our letter of November 10, 1976, changes the Oconee Nuclear Station telephone numbers.
It is requested that the attached be disseminated to affected personnel within Region II and that communications initiated by Region II personnel be through the appropriate identified individual (s) within the Duke organiza-tion. Likewise, communications initiated by Duke will also be via individuals identified in the attached.
It is understood that the attached does not preclude Nuclear Regulatory Commission personnel from communicating with other Duke personnel as necessary for the proper fulfillment of Regulatory responsibilities and requirements.
