Dear Sir:

Your letter of February 19, 1976 addressed the submittal of information pursuant to Section V.B of Appendix I to 10 CFR 50 for Oconee Nuclear Station. Your letter also requested that within 30 days of the receipt thereof that the Commission be informed of the measures to be adopted or proposed to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Paragraph 50.34a.

In response to this request, you are hereby advised that Duke Power Company currently plans to provide the required information relative to Oconee consistent with the guidance contained in enclosures 1 and 2 to your Februay 19, 1976 letter.
