Dear Mr. Rusche:
My lettet of December 1, 1975 transmitted information relating to the Oconee Unit 1 Cycle 3 reload and included as a separate attachment, certain data considered proprietary from Babcock & Wilcox Report BAW-1427, "Oconee Unit 1 Cycle 3 Reload Report". The following is presented pursuant to 10 CFR 2 6 2.790 as justification of the proprietary nature of this information: Babcock and Wilcox states that the designated data was obtained from independently conducted studies investigating cladding creep collapse. This data is not available in open literature, and disclosure would provide knowledgeable individuals with information which might impair Babcock & Wilcox's competitive position in this area.
