Operator Failures." As requested by this bulletin, we are providing the following information regarding valve operators at the Oconee Nuclear Station.
A total of 502 limitorque operators of the models and vintage described by Bulletin 72-3 were installed at Oconee Nucleat Station, Units 1-2-3.
The systems in which valves with these operator.s.were installed are j

The torque switch torsion spring was replaced in each of these operators. This replacement program was completed late in 1972.
