Dear Mr. Moseley:
Please find attached for your review Revision 4 to the Oconee Valve Wall Thickness Verification Report. The purpose of Revision 4 is to incorporate data from the Oconee 3 Valve Wall Thickness Verification Program, and to make several minor changes to the text of the report, as follows:
Section 1 - Editorial change Section 3 - Fifth paragraph:
Changed reference to Column 9, Table 1 from " allowable wall thickness" to " material compensated wall thickness" Section 4 - Second paragraph:
Changed 6 percent to 2 percent, plus editorial change Section 5 - Comments added to report i - Revised to incorporate Unit 3 data Appendix A - Added discussion on wall buildup on Velan valves FS/2/51/244 and 245 Appendix B - Added All tables have been appropriately revised to incorporate the above changes.
New calculations by Dresser industri2s for valves 1, 2, and 3 RV67 and the spare valve are included in this revision.
