Comments on Oconea Nuclear Station Units 1, 2 and 3 Duke Power Company Preliminary Safety Analysis Report Amendment #4 dated May 25, 1967 Prepared by Environmental Meteorology Branch Institute for Atmospheric Sciences June 9, 1967 It is noted that the amendment offers a second meteorological diffusion model based on confined valley drainage..1 der inversion conditions.
It is our opinion that this second model, which is identical to the valley confinement assumption in our comments of May 3,1967, is more realistic and is appropriately conservative.
