The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comaission (the Commission) has issued Amendments Nos. 27, 27, and 24 to Facility Operating Licenses Nos. DPR-38, DPR-47, and DPR-55, respectively, issued to Duke Power Company which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the Oconce Nuclear Sation Ualts Nos.1, 2, and 3, located in Ocence County, South Carolina. The

amendments are effective as of the date of issuance.
These amend.nents (1) revise the Technical Specifications to establish operating limits for Unit 2 cycle 2 operation based upon an acceptabic Emergency Core Cocling System evaluation model conforming to the require-ments of 10 CFR Section 50.46 and (2) terminate the operating restrictions imposed on Unit 2 by the Commission's December 27, 1974 Or, der for Modifi-cation of Liccuse.
The applications for these amendments comply with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and-the Commiss, ion's rules and regulations. The Commission has made appro-priate findings as required by the Act and the Co=iissien's rules and regulations in 10 CPR Chapter I, which are set forth in.the license amendment ls. Notice. of Proposed Iss.:::rce of Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses in connection with item (1).above was published in the.FEDEP.AL g41.S9

with issuance of these amendacnts.
