Dear Mr. Giambusso:
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.54, please find attached a February 18, 1975 letter which deletes Exception 3 of the letter of implementation for the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan. The attached letters should be included with copies No. 003, 004, and 010 of the. Oconee Security Plan.
A July 8, 1974 letter implemented the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan with three exceptions.
Exception 3 provided that the protected area boundaries would be as shown on an attached sketch. This exception is hereby deleted, and the protected area boundaries shall be as shown in the Plot Plan, Enclosure 2 (Revision 2) of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
j This change does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
