TXX-2921 December 26, 1978 Because of the time required to obtain final REA approvals, closing between the TV System Companies and BEPC is not expected until after 1978. However, the TV System Companies and TMPA are projecting a December,1978 closing (which will result in advance payment and related security arrangements pending NRC approval) and expedited consideration of the enclosed information will therefore be appreciated to minimize delay in full consummation of the transaction.
Because the proposed snendnents are pro forma, administrative in nature and have no safety or environmatal significance we have determined the amendment class should be class II
($1,2001 for unit 1 and class I ($400) for unit 2.
We have therefore enclosed a check for $1,600 as payment of amendment fee.
