H. Engelken of NRC Region V Office of Inspection and Enforcement, all modifications to masonry walls at the Plant required prior to the resumption of power oper-tions were conpleted on July 12, 1930.
The attached copy of Mr.
Engelken's latter to Mr. Goodwin indicates that Licensee's actions have satisfied the terms of Mr. Engelken's immediate i
action letter to Mr. Goodwin dated April 17, 1980 (NRC Staff j
Exhibit 24).
Accordingly, the Plan' resumed power cperations on July 20, 1980.
