MULTIPLE STRUCTURE ARS CONCERN NORTH ANNA UNIT NO. 2 In response to a verbal request from the NRC staff to Vepco, this will confim that Vepco will supply the following additional design data for the North.\\nna Unit No. 2 Low Head Safety Injection (LHSI) pump discharge piping stress pro-blem:

a.

Global coordinates of mass points b.

Stiffness of springs, snubbers, restraints, t'd supports, both trans-lational and rotational.

c.

Location and type of welds d.

Seismic displacements at anchor points e.

Themal displacements at anchor points f.

Thernal gradients for transients required for use in equations 10 and 11 of NB-3650 (governing thermal modes)

This information will supplement the design data forwarded previously in our letter Serial No. 647 dated July 27, 1980.

We will supply this additional information by July 30, 1980.
