For the reasons stated in the attached " Director's Decision Under 10 CFR 2.206", the petition of Wisconsin's Environmental Decade, Inc. of March 12, 1980, is denied.
A copy of this determination will be placed in the Comission's public document rooms at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D. C. 20555 and at the Document Department, University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Library, Stevens Point, WisconsS 54481. A copy will also be filed with the Secretary of the Comission for review by the Comission in accordance with 10 CFR 2.206(c) cf the Comission's regulations.
