w MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION Reporting Out-of-Specification Chemical Parameters In all situations involving one or more chemical parameters being out of specification as dr. tined in Section 3.8 of the Chemistry Manual, one of the following is t' be notified within one hour of the original determina-tion of the out at specification chemical parameter:

-Attempt to notify in order given until one person is contacted.
On Weekdays:
1.
Ch2mistry Supervisor for the Area involved 2.
Chemistry Coordinator (either one) 3.
Station Chemist 4.
Any other Station Chamistry or Radwaste Supervisor 5.
Superintendent of Technical Services On Weekends and Holidays:
1.
On-Call ~ Chemistry Staff personnel 2.
Chemistry Coordinator (either one) 3.
Station Chemist 4.
Any other Chemistry or Radwaste Supervisor 5.

When chemical parameters have been verified out of specification (as described in Section 3.8.5 of the Chemist Manual) within systems operated by the Opera-tions Group, the Shift Supervisor or Control Room is to be notified by the Chemistry Supervisor for the Area (Primary, Secondary, etc.) when present, or the Tachnician or Specialist on shift.
If an electrowriter is in use, notifi-cation is to be accomplished by that means.
If an electrowriter is not in use, the Shif t Supervisor or Control Room is to be notified by phone. When notifi-cation is by, phone, the date, time, person contacted, and data reported to him are to be logged in the Laboratory Problem (Events) Book.
