have taken to correct the items of noncompliance which we brought to your
attention in Inspection Reports No. 50-373/80-20; and No. 50-374/80-13 for-
warded by our letter dated April 26, 1980.
With respect to item 3 we have reviewed your response and acknowledge that
audits of Reactor Controls Inc. and Earthquake Engineering Systems have been
coaducted. The thrust of our citation was with the fact that our review

revealed certain important design control deficiencies were not identified
by your audits.
