License Condition 2.1 of MPP-2 to License SNM-1227 was revised on May 30, 1980, in response to your January 23, 1980 application for amendment. An amendment fee of $3,500 was paid for review and approval of the request.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment, and the actual review fee is $1,102.
We have notified the NRC Office of the Controller to refund $2,398 to your Company.
