APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Westinghouse Electric Company License No. SNM-1107 Nuclear Fuel Division Based on the NRC inspection May 19-23, 1980, certain of your activities were apparectly not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Section 8.1.1.3 of the Emergency Plan, which was incorporated 4
into SNM-1107 License Condition 17 on April 16, 1979, all shift supervisors and health physics tecishians will attend a First Aid training course.
Contrary to the above, three shift supervisors and three health physics technicians have been in their respective job positions for a minimum of one year and have not received the required First Aid training.
