This letter is to confirm the schedule arranged by Mr. R. F. Warnick of this office with Mr. C. W. Fay for a meeting at the Point Beach site on July 8,1980, at 9:30 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the recent increase of personnel errors at Point Beach 1 and 2.
Personnel from this office presently planning to attend the meeting include Mr. J. G. Keppler, Mr. R. F. Heishman, Mr. R. F. Warnick, and Mr. W. G. Guldemond. We anticipate the meeting will require no more than two hours.
