Dear Mr. Cavanaugh:
With respect to the loss of offsite power transient which occurred at Arkansas Nuclear One on June 24, 1980, we request that you provide the following information concerning Units Nos. 1 and 2 by July 25, 1980.
1.
A description of the switchyard operation and reasons why the 161 KV power sources were interrupted and not available to the two units.
2.
Process computer printouts o.' alarms during transient.
3.
Operator's logs.
4.
Strip charts.for the primary and secondary systems, e..g.,
those required by Standing Order #J'i.
