Thank you for your final report dated May 13, 1980, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55(e) regarding the meeting of the PSAR basis secondary cooling flow rate due to main feedwater line rupture, with a con-current failure of the steam generator blowdown isolation valve in another loop. We will complete our review of this matter during a future inspection.
