Thir re,fers to Mr.
T.
V. Abbatiello's telephone call to this
office on June 6, 1980, -during which he questioned information
contained in IE Investigation Report Nos. 50-553/80-05 and
50-554/80-04 which was recently forwarded to you.
Subsequent to that telephone conversation, we contacted the
subject of the interview documented in Attachment A to the
report and determined that the position title appearing in
Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Attechment A should be " Assistant Construction
St oerintendent (Welding) rather than " Assistant Construction
Eis,ineer (Welding)" as indicated.
This error was also inadvert-
ently carried over to Attachment C when we sanitized it by
replacing the individual's signature with a job title.
In both
attachments the correct title is Assistant Construction Superin-
tendent (Welding).
This letter will serve to correct this error and other recipients
of the' report will be provided a copy of this letter to inform them
of the change.
We appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention and we
regret any inconvenience it may have caused you.
Should you have

them with you.
