This letter is in response to you.' petition dated September 20, 1979, concerning the proposed chemical decontamination at the Dresden Nuclear Power Station and the preparation of an environmental impact statement.
Due to the similarities to a petition submitted by Ms. Kay Drey dated March 19, 1979, which was treated as a request under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Connission's regulations, consideration of your petition was combined with that of Ms. Drey.
Enclosed is the response to Ms. Drey, including the Director's decision granting the request for the preparation of an environmental impact statement and the Draft Environmental Statement.
