This is in further response to your letter dated May 5,1980, in which you made a request under the Freedom of Information Act for, among other things, certain records pertaining to Hittman iluclear and Development Corporation, RAD Services, Inc., and Radiation !!anagement Corporation.
In our initial response dated May 23, 1980, we provided you with copies of pertinent records located in NRC's headquarters office.
In our letter we also confirmed the agreement between you and Linda Robinson of my staff that when additional records, if any, were received from NRC's

Region I office we would contact you to learn whether you would be interested in any additional records after you had examined the records sent to you on itay 23.
Inasmuch as you advised lis. Robinson on May 30, 1980, that you want copies of the additional records maintaine : in the l
Region I office, we are enclosing the balance of the records (143 pages) responsive to your request.
The charge for reproducing these records is ten cents ($0.10) per page, as specified in 10 C.F.R. 9.14(b).
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 143 pages is $14.30.
You may send one check in the amount of $48.20 for fees charged in this letter ($14.30) and our letter dated May 23 ($33.90).
Please send your check made payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $48.20, along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room PRBB-4210, U.S. fluclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
