SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION OF CLASS IE INSTRUMENTS IN THE VALVE ROOM - NCR'S SQN EEE 8003 AND SQN EEB 8004 -

SECOND INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector M. Thomas on April 7, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). An interim report was submitted on May 7, 1980.

TVA is evaluating all instruments to which this condition applies for dispositioning on a case-by-case basis. We expect to submit our next report by September 12, 1980.
