Export of Special Nuclear Material, NRC License XSNM-1426 Gentlemen:
A routine Safeguards inspection was made of your activities authorized by NRC License XSNM-1426 at the Port of Oakland, Oakland, California, on June 10,1980.
The inspection was conducted by Region V safeguards inspectors A. Wieder and S. Rowinski, and Radiation Specialists B. Riedlinger and F. Fong. They checked the shipment for compliance with the requirements of Title 10, Code of
' Federal Regulations, Part 70, "Special Nuclear Material", and Part 71,
" Packaging of Radioactive Material for Transport and Transportation of Radioactive Material Under Certain Conditions."
There were no items of noncompliance found.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, doccmentation of our findings on your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear material are exempt from disclosure. Therefore, the enclosed inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
