HARTSVILLE NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT A1 - REPORTABLE DEFICIENCY - CRACKS IN RPV SHIELD WALL (NCR HNP-A-091)
Initial notification of the subject deficiency was made to R. W. Wright, NRC-0IE, Region II on March 14, 1980. The first interim report was submitted on April 14, 1980. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, enclosed is the second interim report of the subject deficiency. TVA anticipates transmitting the final report on or before October 3, 1980'.
