The operating procedure " Unit 2 Reactor Building Atmosphere Cleanup Using Modified Hydrogen Control System and B Train of the Mcdified Reactor Building Purge System" (number 2104 4.82, Rev. O, dated June 25,-1980) and details of the modifications to hydrogen control and containment building purge sy,tems for purging the TMI-2 reactor building have been reviewed by the TMI Program Office Staff. They confora to all applicable regulatory requirements and provide assurance that the health and safety of the public will be protected.
4 Accordingly, pursuant to ordering paragraph III. of the Order for Temporary flodification of License issued by S. J. Chilk, Secretary of the Commission, on June 12, 1980, the proposed procedure and modifi-cation to the systems are approved.
