41040/41041 By letters dated May 23 and June 3,1980, Philadelphia Electric Company proposed changes to the Technical Specifications for Peach Bottom, Units j
Nos. 2 and 3.
Included in this request were two organizational changes:
(a) executive management changes and (b) on-site health physics organiza-1 tion and function.
We request that the Licensee Qualifications Branch (LQB) perform the review of the organizational changes. We believe that the Radiological Assessment Branch (RAB) should provide input to the evaluation of the distribution of the health physics functions proposed for Peach, Bottom.
The evaluation should be addressed to the Branch Chief, ORB #4. Completion l
of the review by July 15, 1980, is requested.
