Description of Occurrence Firestop penetration MK121 was opened on May 27, 1980, for piping configuration inspection. Excessive clearance was initially reported for the support in the penetration. The 7-day time requirement for i

firestop penetration was exceeded while waiting for resolution of the problem. The penetration was closed on June 6, after remeasurements indicated that the clearances were within tolerance.
