Based on our review and evaluation, we have modified your proposed environmental technical specifications, in particular. Specifications 2.1.4, 2.3.3, 2.4.2, 4.1.1 and 4.1.2.2.
These and other changes have i
been discussed with your staff.
Certain additional modificat'.ons to the environmental technical specifications proposed by your staff and found to be acceptable by us have also been sade.
As a result, the enclosure contains the environmental technical specifications we propose to incorporate as Appendix B, into the Operating License for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1.
