Description of Occurrence:
Samples taken at intake and discharge show that turbidity in the discharge canal was 66.6% greater than turbidity in the intake canal (intake - 15 JTU, l
discharge - 25 JRJ).

Asialysis of Occurrence:
Original sample was taken with four circulating water pumps running and neutralizing tank dump in progress. No trash grinding was in progress.
Additional. sample was taken (after results from original sample became known) with no liquid releases in progress and no trash grinding, Results show a 11.1% increase in turbidity for no anparent reason.
