The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendnent No.1 g to Facility Operating License No. OPR-51 for Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit No.1. This amendment revises the provisions of the technical specifications in resoonse to your request of November 12, 1976.
i This amendment changes the technical specifications concerning the i
reactor building tendon and the ventilation system surveillance require-ments. The change insures that a random but representative sample of tendons are selected at each surveillance.
Your Noverber 12, 1976 submittal, requesting deletion of air distribution testing requirments across HEPA filters and charcoal adsorbers, in two ventilation systems, i
is not acceptable.
Howe ar, the present technical specification require-I ments have been altered to conform with current guidance.
