The subject inspection report identifies an apparent deficiency conceming material receiving inspection activities. The deficiency is the lack of records identifying the details of inspection of a re-ceived item. Beginning imediately all requisitions submitted for purchase of Q-list items are to include a check list describing receipt inspection. The procedures governing receipt inspection are to be re-vised to include the requirements as described above. The revised procedures are to be submitted for review and approval by October 1, 1975.
