,V On December 28, 1974, we reported to Mr. Norman C. Moseley, Director, Region II, Regulatory Operations, an abnormal occurrence at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 involving a pinhole leak upstream of a Reactor Coolant Pump seal vent. valve.
Attached is our report of that occurrence as required by Technical Specification 6.12.3.
