On November 15, 1974, we reported to Mr. Norman C. Moseley, Director,
,a Directorate of Regulatory Operations, Region II, an environmental occurrence at the Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 involving fish impingement on the intake screens in excess of the Environmental Technical Specification reporting requirements. This was initially reported to Mr. Moseley as abnormal occurrence No. 50-313/74-13, but that number was reassigned after it was determined that this did not constitute an c
i abnormal occurrence.
Attached is our report as required by Environmental Technical Specifica-tion 5.6.2.
