The attached report sununarizes our initial QA inspection " Management Meeting" with the responsible SMUD officials held on February 12, 1970.
It cppears that corrective action has been or will be taken on all deficiencies. identified during the initial QA inspection. Other than possibly ascertaining the action taken regarding the statements made during the meeting, it does not appear that any further followup action is required at this time.
