A presentation and evaluation of this condition uns made to.the Atomic Energy Commission en May 11, 1972 and will be documented in a Babcock & Wilcox Topical Report No. 2AU-10047 scheduled to be filed on June 12, 1972.
Babcock & Wilcox has initiated a program to evaluate the problem and perform any corrective action reouired.
Sincerely yours,
