.I stypo 591'11 Transducer would fail due to environmental conditions following 2

L'he transducer controis a presnure interlock on a decay heat suction d valve that is requirost to oper.ite within neven (7) days following I.OCA to provent boron precipitation as stated in previous comanitments to you con-cerning this problem.
Tite transmitter failure would have provented such va lve ope rat ion.
