Recently the Babcock & Wilcox Company (B&W) revised or supplemented several existing B&W topical reports and prepared several new ones.

From our safety review activities it appears that your application should be revised to include some of this new information. To assure ourselves that all appropriate B&W topical reports, revisions and supplements necessary to support your application for an operating license for Kancho Seco Nuclear Canarating Station have been included in your application, you are requested to furnish a current compilation of all applicable B&W topical reports. If this compilation includes any B&W topical reports which are not now a part of your application, you'are requested to take appropriate action to amend your application to incorporate them.
