This is to update the information supplied to you on June 20, 1975 concerning the proposed joint ownership of the Crystal River Unit #3 Nuclear Generating Plant.

The date of execution of the Participation Agreement by Florida Power Corporation and the participating utilities has been moved from the original date of July 15, 1975 to July 31, 1975.

However, a pre-closing was held on July 15, 1975 at which time three of

.the original fifteen prospective participants withdrew from the negotia-tions. The three are : the City of Clewiston, the City of Homestead, and the City of Williston. The remaining twelve utilities that~ are expected to participate in the joint ownership of Crystal River #3 on  ;

July 31st and their respective percentage of ownership interests and l generation entitlements are as follows: the City of Alachua .0779%;

the City of Bushnell .0348%; the City of Gainesville and Gainesville/Alachua County Regional Utilities Board - 1.2211%; the Jacksonville Electric i

- Authority - 1.3613%; the City of Kissimmee - '.6754%; the City of Leesburg - I
