In.the event that some results are not available within the 90 day period, the report chall be submitted, noting and explaining the reasons for the missing results.
The missing data shall be submitted as soon as possible in a supplementary report.

Se=iannual Operating Raport - Radioactive Effluents A report on the radioactive discharges released from the site during the previous 6 months of operation shall be sub=itted to the Director of the Office of. Inspection and Enforcement (with a copy to Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation) as part of the Sesiannual Operating Report within 60 days after January 1 and July 1 of each year.
The period of the first report shall begin with the data of initial criticality.
The report shall include a su==ary of the quantities of radioactive liquid and gasecus effluents and solid waste released fro = the plant as outlined in USNRC Regulatory Guide 1.21, with data su=marized on a quarterly basis following the format of Appendix B thereof.

Calculated offsite dose to humans resulting from the release of effluents and their subsequent dispersion in the ateosphere (Regulatory Guide 1.109) shall be reported in accordance with Regulatory Guide 1.21.

CITY OF TALLAHASSEE NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the C=9ission) has issued Amendment No.10 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-72, issued to the Florida Power Corporation, City of Alachua, City of Bushnell, City of Gainesville, City of Kissimmee, City of Leesburg, City of New Smyrna Beach and Utilities Commission, City of New Smyrna Beach, City of Ocala, Orlando Utilities Comission and City of Orlando, Sebring Utilities Commission, Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc., and the City of Tallahassee (the licansees) which revised Technical Specifications Nr operation of the Crystal River Unit No. 3 Nuclear Generating Plant located in Citrus County, Florida.
The amendment is effective as of the date of issuance.
The amendment deletes the requirement to submit Non-Routine Reports regarding unplanned radioactive releases if the release rate is no greater than 10 percent of the allowable instantaneous release rate.
All unplanned releases will continue to be reported in the Semiannual 3[So Operating Rc. ort.
