Dear Mr. Dodge:

Thank you for your September 22 letter to Mr. Joseph Fouchard and for taking time to Point out that our reply to your last letter did not-in any way-address the issues you raised.

Unfortunately, your letter was one of sene 1500 which we received in a short period of tine and most of which raised questicus about the Sca-brook Nuclear Power Station in New llampshire.

I assure you that we did make a good. f aith effort to respond appropriately to each of the letters; obviously, vc were not 100 percent successful.
