Dear Mr. DeYoung:
This is to respond to your letter of June 1,1972 which requested Florida Power Corporation to furnish a current compilation of appropriate Babcock & Wilcox Company topical reports which support our application for an operating license for Crystal River Unit #3 Nuclear Generating Plant.
Florida Power Corporation will respond by July 3,1972 as requested in your letter.
If the current compilation includes any B & W topical reports which are not now a part of our application, we will subsequently amend the application to incorporate them.
Please contact us if additional discussion or clarification of the above is needed.
