Docket No. 50-302 We enclose a proposed new Appendix SA - Structural Integrity Testing to Section 5 of our Crystal River Unit 3 Final Safety Analysis Report.

This will replace entirely the present Appendix 5A.

This new Appendix 5A is responsive to the staff's review of the report

" Reactor Building Dome Delamination", dated June 11, 1976, which was incorporated by reference in FSAR Amendment 49, recently filed.

We will also incorporate this Appendix SA replacement into the next amendment to the FSAR, but your staff had asked for the revision as quickly as it was available.

In keeping with the practice followed with the review of the dome delamination, we are enclosing 40 copies of the proposed e

revision.

Please advise if you require anything further of us in this regard.
