Dear Mr. Boyd:
In your September 30, 1976 letter you requested Florida Power Corporation to conduct a re-evaluation of the fire protection program at Crystal River Unit #3 and compare, in detail, the fire protection provisions currently proposed for CR#3 with the guidelines in Appendix A to Branch Technical Position APCSB 9.5-1.
Having completed our review of the guideline contained in Ap-pendix A, we have detennined that the requested infonnation can be provided to you on or before April 29, 1977.
